I had the privilege of shadowing a virtual mediation with Matt during the COVID-19 quarantine. His platform is the future. It is secure and offers a real time view of all participants yet allows for the privacy of caucusing. During the mediation all parties can view Matt’s screen and see various equitable distribution, child support or alimony scenarios. Everyone can also see the agreement as it’s being typed, and either side may access the agreement to make edits. There is no need to email various versions of the agreement! It is all kept in one, secure place, and the clients can even sign virtually with their smartphone. Their signatures are timestamped and traced back to their device. The sophistication of Matt’s iMediate virtual platform is like nothing else available for attorneys today.
