I was a little nervous going into this. Matt was very thorough on explaining everything and giving me recommendations on what should be or could be different outcomes. As stressful as divorce mediation is, I now understand the importance of a thorough, professional, and diligent mediator. Matthew turned what appeared to be an overly complex situation into a smooth mediation. Despite my ignorance in thinking I could get the mediation completed and only paying initially for a half-day session (3hrs), it took us over 6 hours. Matthew patiently worked through all of the necessary areas in our lives that needed to be captured, never once reminding us that we were out of time. We finally came to terms on the mediation agreement and both parties were satisfied. I eagerly paid him the balance due and feel so relieved that the worst part of this process is over.
